A little about me…

I grew up in Adelaide and moved to Darwin for university after finishing school at 17. I was driven to expand my boundaries and after many adventures including homelessness, a 40 day cake diet, studying American Superheroes in Germany, dumpster diving in the snow in Turku, giving free hugs in Helsinki and many more I finally graduated with a Applied Science degree in 2014. All the way throughout I was fascinated with sport and movement, being involved in Football, Athletics, Rugby Union, Hockey, Judo, Jui-Jitsu and swimming in Adelaide, and after leaving Adelaide more social football, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, fencing, and even spending a month in a traditional Shaolin Kung Fu school in Qufu, China.

In 2015 I finally settled on Yoga as my daily movement of choice and haven’t looked back

You will often find me…

Studying and researching, or merely staring into the middle distance alternating between thinking deep thoughts and simply existing. Or playing with my cats.

My favourite quote…

“Find the funny folks.” Stephen K. Amos

What I love about fitness and health is…

I love just moving. Experimenting and exploring what the body currently has on offer.

My approach to fitness…

Fitness and movement are wonderful things. Take the time to experiment with movement and go deeper into your body to take joy in discovering what you can do.

My hidden talents…

Inverted Thai massage – Acro Yoga style ;)

My specialty…

Incorporating breath and movement, mental and physical to have synergistic and holistic movement.
